I'd like to share some quotes that really resonate with me. They mostly deal with adversity and suffering.
- "Know how sublime a thing it is to suffer and be strong."
- "All the world is full of suffering. It is also full of overcoming." Helen Keller
- "He who has hope has everything."
- "He who suffers much will know much."
- "Every trial endured and weathered in the right spirit makes a soul nobler and stronger than it was before."
- "Determination, patience, and courage are the only things needed to improve any situation."
- "Never talk defeat. Use words like hope, belief, faith, victory."
- "Difficulties are meant to rouse, not discourage. The human spirit is to grow strong by conflict."
- "The mind is everything. What you think you become."
- "A smooth sea never made a skillful mariner."

Those are some nice quotes. I think I needed some encouragement and hope right now so thanks for putting them up.
Sky, I'm glad they helped you too! Hope things are ok.
I like that one by Helen Keller.
Yeah it's a great one, especially coming from someone like her.
"He who sufferes much will know much."
No wonder I'm so damn smart.
:)
Haha, I feel the same way WAT! Well, at least it's a nice thing to believe.
Hey Sebastien!
I can relate to your health struggles! I have fibromyalgia and an autoimmune disease, both chronic, and they have impacted the way I live my life. Fortunately I enjoy writing very much. I got your name from Shaymus' comment area. Isn't his blog a hoot! Check out my blog and if you want we can link to each other's blogs. I like yours, it has lots of variety and obviously you put a lot of thought into your entries.
Whatever the struggle, continue the climb, it may only be one more step to the summit.
Sonja: I'm sorry to hear of your own health struggles :(
You have a wonderful site! Thanks for the compliments by the way! I ran over to your blog and left a couple messages.
Imhelendt: Thank you for that, it's wonderful hearing things like that. When your mind is full of such thoughts, success becomes much more tangible and possible.
