Drive Through Paris in a Ferrari

This is a classic video of a guy driving a Ferrari (supposedly a Ferrari, although it might be a souped up Mercedes from what I heard) at breakneck speeds through the heart of Paris. This video was shot in the early morning (probably to avoid pedestrians and cops), and the driver runs a ton of red lights and basically does a bunch of awesome illegal stuff. Pretty insane, the driver was some sort of Formula 1 racer, lucky he didn't kill anyone! Camera is mounted on the front of the car and there's no editing. Directed by Claude Lelouch. Title: "C'etait Un Rendezvous"

Hey! I feel gypped. Where are the afore-promised door hinges, Latin declensions, and fall of the Roman Empire information? I was really counting on that in case I ever get mugged and the mugger says "tell me the best metal to use for door hinges or I'll shoot you."

AHahaha! I love that... you really never know when information like that might save your life! I've thought of similar situations when I've learned or read something really random... well, who knows, maybe a terrorist will ask me this question and he'll let me live because I got it right!

Ok, I guess I've been watching racing too long. It didn't seem that fast to me. And I was known to do "rat racing" through the city when I was a stupid teen. I kept it below 100.

Yeah, I don't think it's too fast in the video. You're right.

Must've been fun, the racing! I saw a cool vid the other day where a guy drives a porsche through stockholm super fast. I should send it you, I think you'd really like it!
