Clearly, they each have their role in the band...the sophisticate, the clown, the hottie, and the shy guy.

I must have them in my extensive and eclectic music collection.

Jeaux: They're going to be so rich they will be able to blow their money on drugs, women, and fancy cars.

Laura: Haha, exactly!!!

Ananda Girl: Yes, unfortunately they misspelled their name, should've been the Bears, but The Beers sounds good too :)

Frenchyflower: Thanks Vbop!

That is awesome. Why does it remind me of the Be Sharps album cover? Can I get a signed and numbered copy?

Good work, Sebastien.

The Beers: A Head Of Their Time

Sebastien Millon said...

What is the brand of music that they are creating? a blend of noise rock and bear roars mixed in with surf music and catchy pop rhythms?

I don't know... but they are certainly A Head of Their Time!

Incredibly creative, Sebastien. Kinda reminds me of Weezer...or maybe...The Beatles. I know, I know...it's a stretch. I'm sure The Beers are in a league of their own.

Hehe, thanks Stephanie! Yes, definitely going for a Beatles' look... I realized as I was drawing them that The Beers also have a bit of a Clockwork Orange look.

And what do you drink at this concert? Bear?

When does the album drop?

I think I've seen this genre before: 'The Banana Splits,' circa 1970, who were vaguely similar to The Monkees. The characters were Fleegle, a dog; Bingo, an ape; Drooper, a lion, and Snorky the elephant.

Zhu: Mmmmm, that is the best drink, hook me up with a nice brew of bear.

Silverneurotic: It is a secret. Part of the hype campaign ;)

Fredd: Haha, awesome, I got to check those out! Thanks for the visit :)
